The Rosières cellar, birthplace of the CHATUS specializes in this exceptional wine. This typically cévenol vineyard made fame of our Vineyard since the 17th century.

Our soil: :
Our vineyard is made up of two very separate soils.
- Les Grès Cévenols : Very old-sandstone made of soil erosion of rocks dating from geological time of the Triassic (primary era) characterized by red sandstone land, white and shale bringing our wines mineral typical flavour and a very pronounced fruity taste.
- The Clay-limestone soil : dating from geological time ( tertiary era), favourable to the development of red wines providing volume and structure.
