At the heart of the village of Rosières and nearby the tourism office. The Cévenole Cave gathers 150 winegrowers approximately (i.e. 700 hectares of vines) spread over 13 municipalities.
It produces country wines based on gamay and cabernet sauvignon for red and rosé on sauvignon for white.
The municipality of Rosières (1 629 ha) is located in the southern Ardèche at the periphery of “Parc Naturel Régional des Monts d’Ardèche”, at an altitude of 160 m over the Valley. We can find two geological areas:
on the one hand limestone with a Provençal vegetation ( garrigue land, Oaks, Boxwood, lavender...) on the other hand sandstone, first buttress of the Cévennes.
